A) Service – Pottery workshops/lesion/courses

1. 0ur courses are non-refundable. Please make certain that you can attend the course before you sign up.

2. We do not offer any exchanges or credits for missed classes.

3. No refunds for Cracked and Glaze defects on pieces (made by participant during pottery) sessions;

– We do what we can to manage all the predictable, manageable studio processes to prevent damage to your work. We cannot take responsibility for the safety of very delicate work in the studio. Similarly, if a kiln malfunction was outside our control we cannot take responsibility for it as well.

B) Product – sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping (In Case of a physical product)
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dharamkot studio , upper dharamkot, Dharamshala (Himacal Pradesh) 176219, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
