Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Dharamkot Studio handles cancellations, refunds, booking credits, and rescheduling for retreats, courses, workshops, residencies, and other studio programs.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once we receive full or agreed payment.
How to Cancel
To cancel, notify us in writing at info@dharamkotstudio.com
Cancellation Terms
More than 30 days before start date: Full refund (minus transaction or processing fees)
15–30 days before start date: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before start date: No refund, but booking credit may be offered toward a future session within 6 months at our discretion.
These windows may vary by program. Specific programs with different timelines will state their terms at booking.
Transfer or Reschedule
Subject to availability, you may transfer your booking to another date or program. Contact us as early as possible to arrange.
Non-Attendance
If you do not show up on the first day without prior notice, your payment is non-refundable.
