This policy explains how Dharamkot Studio handles cancellations, refunds, booking credits, and rescheduling for retreats, courses, workshops, residencies, and other studio programs.
This policy covers program bookings at Dharamkot Studio. The pottery retreats in Himachal Pradesh and Goa follow the specific terms below. Other programs follow their published program-specific terms or, where none are stated, the general cancellation terms below.
Your booking is confirmed once we receive full or agreed payment.

These terms apply specifically to the pottery retreats in Himachal Pradesh and Goa.
Cancellation: A full refund is available for cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat start date. Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before the start date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is allowed at least 14 days before the retreat start date, subject to availability.
Seat transfer: A seat may be transferred at least 7 days before the retreat start date.
Bookings made close to the start date: If your retreat begins in fewer than 60 days, the non-refundable cancellation rule applies. Please review your batch dates and terms before making payment.

These general terms do not apply to the pottery retreats in Himachal Pradesh and Goa described above. For other programs, any specific terms stated at booking apply; otherwise, the general terms below apply.
More than 30 days before start date: Full refund (minus transaction or processing fees)
15–30 days before start date: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before start date: No refund, but booking credit may be offered toward a future session within 6 months at our discretion.
These windows may vary by program. Specific programs with different timelines will state their terms at booking.
For the pottery retreats in Himachal Pradesh and Goa, use the specific rescheduling and seat-transfer deadlines above.
Subject to availability, you may transfer your booking to another date or program. Contact us as early as possible to arrange.
If you do not show up on the first day without prior notice, your payment is non-refundable.
