Refund Policy

This policy explains how Dharamkot Studio handles refunds for physical products, bookings, workshops, courses, retreats, residencies, and related services.

Overview

This policy governs refunds for:

Physical products purchased online

Retreats, courses, workshops, residencies, and program fees

Physical Products (Online Shop)

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will assess and may:

Replace the item

Issue a refund to the original payment method

Refunds typically process within 7–14 business days once approved.

Items lost after delivery confirmation may not qualify for a refund unless supported by courier proof.

Programs and Services

Refunds for courses, retreats, workshops, and residencies follow the Cancellation Policy above. No refund is available for partial attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No refunds for Cracked and Glaze defects on pieces (made by participant during pottery) sessions;

We do what we can to manage all the predictable, manageable studio processes to prevent damage to your work. We cannot take responsibility for the safety of very delicate work in the studio. Similarly, if a kiln malfunction was outside our control we cannot take responsibility for it as well.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method. Time for funds to appear in your account varies by payment provider.
