About the workshop

This is a relaxed and creative workshop where you work directly with clay using simple handbuilding techniques. Without using a wheel, you’ll shape and build your own ceramic piece — such as a bowl, cup, small sculpture, or decorative object.

An instructor will be there throughout the session to guide and support you. It’s beginner-friendly, unhurried, and focused on helping you create something that feels uniquely yours.

What You’ll Make

During the session, you’ll work towards creating one hand-built ceramic piece, such as a bowl, cup, planter, or a simple sculptural form.

Each piece is unique, and results can vary — that’s completely okay. The focus is on enjoying the process and shaping something with your own hands.

Taking Your Piece Home

Pottery takes time. After the workshop, your piece needs to:

Dry slowly

Be fired in the kiln

Be glazed and fired again

Because of this process, pieces cannot be taken home on the same day. Your piece will be glazed and fired by our team and will be ready for collection from the studio after around 10 days.

If you’re unable to collect it in person:

Domestic shipping (optional): ₹300 per piece

International shipping available, please check prices at the studio.

You can decide about shipping after the workshop.

Good to Know

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in

Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy

Sessions are relaxed and with limited seats

No prior pottery or art experience is required
